CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations will be charged a $25.00 service charge without exception.
Your cancellation must be received at least 7 days in advance for your balance to be reimbursed minus the $25.00 service charge. If your cancellation is less than 7 days of your reservation, 100% of your deposit will be forfeited.
We understand that emergency situations happen, but we cannot make any exceptions to our policy.
RULES AND REGULATIONS WHILE AT CABINS
All visitors and customers should be aware of the following rules:
1. No smoking inside or out.
2. No early check-ins and no late check-outs (unless previously discussed with management).
3. If you choose to drink alcohol or have alcohol on our property, you assume responsibility for your actions and for keeping the cabins clean and kempt.
4. No illegal drugs allowed on property.
5. No destruction of any property or fixtures. Any damages to the property must be reported to management. Damages discovered by our staff will result with the renter covering all costs.
6. Guests at our cabins agree to not disturb, endanger or inconvenience their neighbors for any unlawful or immoral purposes, and guests will not violate any laws or ordinances while on our rental property.
7. All guests agree to assume responsibility of children and keep all children supervised while on the property.
8. In order to rent with us, the person booking a cabin has to be at least 21 years of age and must accompany persons younger throughout the duration of the reservation.
9. We can not accept any liability for your safety while you are staying with us. Please do everything you can to ensure safety of yourself and your company while on our property. We do not accept liability for any accidents that may occur while you are on our property. Any valuables you bring with you must be kept out of sight and in a secure location. We do not accept liability for any lost, damaged or stolen items while staying with us.
10. Keep in mind, these cabins are located in a wooded area. We do a thorough cleaning before and after any renters come onto the property, but you may come across insects/critters during your stay. We do everything we can to ensure the cleanliness of our cabins, but cannot 100% guarantee that there won’t be any insects or other critters within our property.
